Swimming Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Swimming Coach to lead our group of professionals in Melbourne.
As a Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring individuals of all ages and skill levels.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to being on time and reliable.
You will also need to have the ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt to the needs of your students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adults, and will be certified in CPR/AED and First Aid.
In addition to your coaching responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.
We offer a flexible schedule with 2-5 days of work per week, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life.
