Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Learning Program Manager to join our Australia Delivery Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing learning strategies that support the business objectives of our Delivery Services Operations team.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to influence without authority, drive network performance, and continually dive deep to understand learning needs. You will use data and insights into the business to build or adapt learning methods, materials, or technology that will support our associates.
Key responsibilities include analysing and solving business problems, contributing to reporting on training activities, working strategically with L&D leaders, and driving adherence to standard learning solutions.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- A completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 2+ years Amazon experience
- Ample experience and expertise in program and project management in a matrix organisation
- Experience in instructional design, including needs analysis and multi-media instruction
- Experience formulating and implementing training strategies, policies, and procedures for standardisation and delivery of training methodology throughout an organisation
- Experience with standard work sequencing, 5S, takt times, value streams, and other Lean Manufacturing concepts
- Experience in managing remote teams through online support
- Proficient experience and expertise in data analysis and visualisation

- Adult learning theory, course facilitation, human performance improvement, and knowledge management
- Unix, SQL, and Database Administration Skills
- Proven ability to develop and build effective teams
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities
- Ability to actively use training data to track, trend, and manage training efforts
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
