Key Responsibilities- Reporting to the Executive Director of Allied Health, you will effectively manage the Psychology Services North West team to achieve our strategic objectives.
- You will be responsible for managing the human, physical, and financial resources of our Psychology Services to ensure high-quality, efficient provision of psychology services.
- You will work closely with our Executive Director of Allied Health to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of our psychology services.
- You will be responsible for managing budgets, staff, and resources to ensure the effective delivery of our psychology services.
- You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of our psychology services.
- Tertiary qualification/program of study approved by the Psychology Board of Australia.
- Registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. Registration/licences that are essential requirements of this role must remain current and valid at all times whilst employed in this role.
- Desirable criteria include Psychology Board of Australia Area of Practice Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Neuropsychologist, or Health Psychologist, Psychology Board Approved Supervisor, and postgraduate health management, administration, or leadership qualifications.
- A competitive salary range of $139,492 - $141,354 pro rata, per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Access to salary packaging benefits, including living expenses up to $9,010 and meal entertainment up to $2,650 per FBT year.
