As the Clinical Operations Director for Medical Visa Services, you will be based in a state-of-the-art facility with breathtaking views of the Broadwater and the Parklands on the Gold Coast. Our purpose-built centre is designed to provide exceptional comfort and sustainability for both our customers and staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of clinical and non-clinical professionals in delivering medical assessment services that meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be accountable for ensuring that our centre meets its financial, operational, and clinical targets, including customer experience and contract KPIs.

Job Description:

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring the centre's financial viability through effective management of expenditures, supplier relationships, and staffing levels
  • Championing an exceptional customer experience by engaging with team members, listening to customer feedback, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Managing customer escalations and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinating with third-party service providers to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Forecasting and planning to anticipate and meet current and future business needs
  • Maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards, internal operating procedures, and Bupa's risk and compliance policies

  • Prior experience managing the P&L of a health service, medical centre, or practice
