As a Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team in driving sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). Your role will involve ensuring the efficient operation of your store, while motivating your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and achieve KPIs through effective leadership and strategic planning
  • Ensure optimal store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage
  • Motivate your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets
  • Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets
  • Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards
  • Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development
  • Evaluate occupational health and safety management and adhere to state and national legislation
Requirements:
  • 1+ years retail store management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A motivated and driven attitude with a passion for leading and inspiring a team
  • The ability to think strategically and identify missed opportunities
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
  • Effective management of a roster and wage control
