Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager at Brisbane Airport.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid retail management experience, gained in a fast-paced hospitality/retail environment, to lead the daily operations of our stores.

The ideal candidate will be strategically minded, lead by example, and possess strong people management skills. They will also have a passion for technology and LEGO products, with a deep interest in all things tech.

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for staff in areas such as customer service, product knowledge, inventory control, and merchandising.
  • Champion a culture of maturity, initiative, and urgency, ensuring that all team members are motivated and performing tasks according to standards and procedures.
