We're seeking a skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team.

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to work with us as we grow and expand. As the first videographer and photographer, you will travel across Australia to capture photos and videos of our locations, showcasing our brand, events, people, and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Videography
    • Create engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, and promotional material.
    • Develop concepts, shoot, and edit high-quality video content.
    • Manage equipment including cameras, lighting, audio gear, and drones if applicable.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, editing styles, and digital platforms.
  • Photography
    • Capture high-quality images for marketing, branding, social media, events, and product promotion.
    • Edit and retouch photos to align with our visual standards.
    • Maintain an organized photo library and ensure timely delivery of images.
  • Creative Direction Collaboration
    • Work closely with our marketing team to develop visual strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, branding, and storytelling initiatives.
    • Ensure all visual content reflects our brand identity and values.
  • Technical Administration
    • Maintain photography and videography equipment ensuring it's in excellent working condition.
    • Organize shoots including scheduling setup and location scouting.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a videographer photographer or similar role.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing video and photography work.
    • Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects Lightroom Photoshop.
    • Ability to operate professional cameras drones lighting and audio equipment.
    • Strong understanding of visual storytelling framing and editing techniques.
    • Excellent communication collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end.
