Visual Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative visual content creator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can produce engaging, high-quality visual content.

The successful candidate will travel around Australia and some parts of the world to capture images and videos of various locations. You will play a key role in showcasing our brand, events, people, and products across multiple platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Videography:
    • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, and promotional material.
    • Manage the entire video production process, from concept development to final delivery.
    • Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and drones (if applicable).
    • Stay up-to-date with video trends, editing styles, and digital platforms to produce fresh and engaging content.
  • Photography:
    • Capture high-quality images for marketing, branding, social media, events, and product promotion.
    • Edit and retouch photos to align with brand standards.
    • Maintain an organized photo library and ensure timely delivery of images.
  • Creative Direction & Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, branding, and storytelling initiatives.
    • Ensure all visual content reflects the company's brand identity and values.
  • Technical & Administrative:
    • Maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
    • Organize shoots, including scheduling, set-up, and location scouting.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a videographer, photographer, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video and photography work.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
  • Ability to operate professional cameras, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, framing, and editing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end.
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours when required.
