Manufacturing Process Operator

Company Overview:
Bradnam's Windows and Doors is seeking dedicated Factory Process Workers to contribute to our production operations. As a well-established family-owned business, we pride ourselves on quality and craftsmanship in the window and door manufacturing industry.
Role Overview:
This hands-on position involves actively participating in the daily production goals by fabricating and assembling our diverse range of products. You will have the opportunity to work across various lines, including Windows, Doors, Screens, and Robes, as well as in the Despatch area. The role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for cross-training and skill enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cutting and preparing metal components;
- Loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles;
- Utilizing hand and power tools effectively;
- Collaborating across different production lines while ensuring high-quality output;
- Following safe manual handling techniques, including some heavy lifting;
- Adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week
Qualifications:
We provide comprehensive training and tools necessary for success in this role. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A strong willingness to learn about our products and processes, along with a keen eye for detail;
- Experience with hand and power tools is advantageous, but we are open to training;
- Reliability and punctuality, coupled with effective communication skills;
- Previous experience in Aluminium Fabrication is preferred but not mandatory;
- A positive attitude towards tasks and a commitment to safety.
