Bradnam's Windows and Doors is seeking dedicated Factory Process Workers to enhance our production capabilities. We pride ourselves on being a family-owned Australian manufacturer with a rich history in the industry.
Role Overview:
This hands-on position involves actively contributing to the daily manufacturing operations by producing and assembling our high-quality products. You will have the opportunity to work across various lines, including Windows, Doors, Screens, and Robes, as well as in the Despatch area. The role offers diverse tasks and encourages cross-training and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cutting and preparing metal components;
- Loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles;
- Utilizing hand and power tools effectively;
- Maintaining high standards of quality while working across different production lines;
- Following approved manual handling techniques, including some heavy lifting;
- Committing to safe work practices and adhering to all site safety protocols.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week
Qualifications:
We will equip you with the necessary tools and training to excel in your role and embody the Bradnam's Difference.
- A willingness to learn about our products and processes, with a keen eye for detail and quality;
- Experience with hand and power tools is advantageous, but training will be provided;
- Reliability and punctuality, along with effective communication skills;
- Previous experience in Aluminium Fabrication is preferred but not mandatory;
- A positive attitude towards tasks and a commitment to safety.
