About the Role

This hands-on position involves contributing to the daily production requirements of the factory by manufacturing and assembling Bradnam's products. You will have the opportunity to work on various lines, including Window, Door, Screen, or Robe lines, or in the Despatch area, and develop your skills through cross-training and upskilling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and cutting metal
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Using hand and power tools
  • Working across different lines in the factory, maintaining a commitment to producing high-quality products
  • Handling products in line with approved manual handling techniques and requirements, including some heavy lifting
  • Demonstrating and upholding a commitment to safe work practices and complying with all site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign-in processes, and other procedures
Requirements
  • A willingness to learn about our products and processes, with good attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Experience with hand and power tools or a willingness to learn
  • Punctuality and reliability, with good communication skills
  • Previous workplace experience with Aluminium Fabrication is highly regarded, but not essential
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude and a commitment to safe work practices
