Electrical Maintenance Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance professional to join our team as a Technician III.

This role involves working on key components, such as BOP plant (transformer, switchgear, cables, and substation interconnections etc), BESS monitoring.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance of inverters or associated electrical components, operating and maintaining back-up power via generator and/or UPS, and working alongside the engineering team on SCADA monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to efficiently execute tasks defined by a maintenance plan. They will also have a strong commitment to workplace health and safety and be willing to travel.

The following qualifications are required:

  • Current Electrical License (unrestricted)
  • Construction White Card
  • Current & Valid Driver's License
  • Valid First Aid (CPR) & Low Voltage (LV) Rescue
  • HV Switching
  • Australian Work Rights
  • Trade Qualification – Electrical
  • Experience with Data Communications (SCADA, dataloggers, routers)

Desirable requirements include a willingness to travel to other projects if required.
