Job Overview:

The Asset Management Director oversees the asset management function across various sectors, leading a team of experts to drive business growth and optimize portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities include: developing and implementing comprehensive asset management strategies, establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring alignment with company objectives, investment goals, and prevailing market conditions.

Additional responsibilities involve managing lease agreements, negotiations, and renewals, as well as monitoring capital expenditure requirements and projects across the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as property, finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in property with extensive expertise in asset management
  • Proven ability to successfully lead and manage high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of leasing processes, capital expenditures, and valuation principles
  • Capacity to scope, engage, direct, and lead outsourced property and facilities management services and leasing services
