Job Title: Quality Systems Leader The Arnott's Group portfolio of brands continues the 160-year legacy of quality, great-tasting food to create delicious moments for consumers worldwide. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity to play a key part in engaging stakeholders to embed a strong quality culture and drive continuous improvement in our quality systems. In this role, you will lead the implementation of Food Safety & Quality Systems, including HACCP, audits, and GFSI certification. You will also manage the Hold & Release program to ensure product compliance with quality standards. Analyzing quality data to drive improvements, reduce complaints, and minimize process deviations is a critical aspect of this position. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster engagement by modeling positive behaviors and sharing best practices. Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or related field with HACCP training are essential. A solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and auditing processes is also required. You should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
