In this role, you will play a key part in engaging stakeholders across the site to embed a strong quality culture and drive continuous improvement in our quality systems.

When you join us, you'll find a true sense of belonging, the freedom to make a difference, and the chance to collaborate with people who share your passion for excellence.What Your Day Looks Like:Support and improve Food Safety & Quality Systems, including HACCP, audits, and GFSI certification.Manage the Hold & Release program to ensure product compliance with quality standards.Analyse quality data to drive improvements, reduce complaints, and minimise process deviations.Lead key initiatives and support continuous improvement across site operations.Foster engagement by modelling positive behaviours and sharing best practices across teams and sitesThe Ingredients for Success:Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or related field with HACCP training is essentialSolid understanding of Quality Management Systems and auditing processes.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP and database knowledge desirable.To Apply:If this sounds like your next opportunity, please follow the link and apply.We value diversity in our workforce.
