","As a seasoned Clinical Coding Educator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of coding excellence within our healthcare organization.
","The key responsibilities of this position include developing and implementing comprehensive education programs for clinical coders, providing leadership and guidance on coding decisions, and fostering a culture of quality and accuracy throughout the organization.
","To be successful in this role, you will require:
","- A bachelor's degree in Health Information Management (HIM) or equivalent HIMAA-accredited Clinical Coding Certification;","
- Significant experience working in a private hospital setting, with a strong understanding of health fund contracts and auditing principles;","
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams;","
- Knowledge of Cerner Patient Systems and PICQ is highly desirable but not essential.
