The Position

We seek an experienced Property Lawyer to join our team. With practice experience as a Commercial property lawyer in Australia, you will have a solid understanding of the practical processes relevant to property law transactions and advice.

  • Prepare and maintain practically-focused up-to-date content, as well as practical resources, for our popular Practical Guidance product that is Australia's most established and trusted 'how-to' of legal practice.
  • Monitor legal developments and changes in current practice.
  • Support the Senior Legal Writer with managing external author relationships and reviewing externally prepared content for accuracy and suitability.
  • Provide support to Relationship Managers to help build brand awareness and influence market share across clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years PQE
  • Australian qualified lawyer
  • Recent experience in an Australian mid to top tier law firm, in-house counsel or Government role
  • A background in transactional and advisory work in property law
