Landscaping and Maintenance Role

This is a critical position that involves maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our 4,400-acre facility in Alice Springs. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure that all outdoor areas are well-manicured and safe for use.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain roads, parking areas, and jogging trails.
  • Ensure Fire Breaks are maintained, including existing mowed areas between fences and tree lines.
  • Maintain the West calibration tower area, including the fence and easement route.
  • Secure the Security Clear Zone between single and double fences, along all security fences, and residential properties within our portfolio.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Hold an active US Secret or AUS NV-1 Clearance.
  • High School graduation or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in groundskeeping is essential.
