Physiotherapist Opportunity in Community Aged Care

We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our progressive team dedicated to changing lives.

Job Description

As a Physiotherapist with our organization, you will work with clients in their homes via home care packages/NDIS. Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients
  • Collaborating with other health professionals for multidisciplinary care
  • Educating clients and families to promote healthy living
  • Liaising with service providers for effective communication
  • Working autonomously, maintaining records and patient reports

Our home care team will support you in scheduling appointments and planning routes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Registration with the relevant regulatory body
  • A Police Check Clearance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time-management and attention to detail
