The Position

As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will work with Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory clients in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their homes via home care packages/NDIS
  • Collaborate with other health professionals for multidisciplinary care
  • Educate clients and families to promote healthy living
  • Liaise with service providers for effective communication
  • Work autonomously, maintaining records and patient reports

Support from our home care team will help schedule appointments and plan routes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Police Check Clearance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time-management and attention to detail
