Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Design Lead to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a talented individual who can create innovative and commercially viable collections that align with our brand vision and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building well-rounded ranges considering core, seasonal, and seasonal product lines. They will be able to balance creativity with commercial objectives and possess proactive problem-solving skills and self-motivation.

This is a key position that reports directly to the Head of Design and plays a vital role in shaping the future direction of our fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop product ranges that meet margin targets and enhance our overall offering
  • Collaborate with Merchandise Planning and Buying teams to ensure range balance across core, seasonal, and seasonal products
  • Liaise with suppliers and overseas agents to communicate design concepts and technical specifications
  • Prepare and present detailed design briefs and creative concepts
  • Identify key trends, product innovations, and design rationale
Requirements
  • Experience in a Design role, preferably in casual/denim
  • Proven track record in building well-rounded ranges considering core, seasonal, and seasonal product lines
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and self-motivation
