Site Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced site coordinator to join our project team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will coordinate and lead a team of multi-disciplined trade-based personnel, supporting the safe and efficient delivery of construction activities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and prepare site works – including walk-outs, scoping and scheduling to make sure construction activities are well-organised and run smoothly.
- Lead and support teams on-site – working closely with subcontractors and colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate and communicate – providing clear guidance, escalating issues when needed, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Ensure safety, quality, and resources – overseeing health and safety practices, checking work standards, and making sure materials and equipment are available when needed.
- A relevant trade qualification with experience in a supervisory role.
- Telecommunications knowledge (advantageous).
- Ability to read and interpret plans.
- Civil construction background (e.g., directional drilling, ploughing, open trenching).
- Understanding residential and business cabling requirements.
- Willingness to travel across the state.
