About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients in our Noarlunga branch.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on their banking needs.
- Maintaining accurate records and processing transactions efficiently.
- Identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers.
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A Certificate III in Financial Services or previous experience in a bank would be highly regarded.
