Role Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Home Loan Specialist Team. This position is ideal for brokers, bankers, or finance professionals eager to elevate their careers and income potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their home loan inquiries and applications through virtual channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Leverage our industry-leading platform, enabling clients to easily upload necessary documents and track their application status, resulting in expedited processing times.
- Receive pre-qualified appointments scheduled by our dedicated sales team, ensuring you focus on high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with our in-house client solutions team to streamline deal processing, reducing administrative burdens and enhancing client communication.
- Utilize our proprietary systems designed to maximize your productivity, aiming for an average of over 12 deals per month, with top performers achieving 30+ deals.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous experience in broking, lending, or a related financial services role.
- A strong ambition to build a successful career in the fintech and mortgage lending sector.
