About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mortgage Sales Associate to join our team at Lendi. As a Mortgage Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with customers to discuss their lending needs and identify opportunities for refinancing or new purchases.
- Convert leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers, leveraging your sales and relationship-building skills to drive results.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the home loan process and mortgage market, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with our brokers to provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the loan application process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
