The Role

We are seeking a Recreation Attendant to join our team at Crown Perth Leisure Facilities. As a Recreation Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests across various areas of the Leisure Facilities, including swimming pools, reception areas, and a retail kiosk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent lifeguard duties to our guests in the Crown Metropol and Crown Towers pool areas
  • Ensure guests are safe at all times around the Leisure facilities
  • Provide a clean, tidy, safe and inviting environment for all guests
  • Additional duties include reception tasks, telephone inquiries, customer service support

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience as a public pool lifeguard or beach lifeguard (preferred)
  • RLSSWA Pool Lifeguard Qualification
  • Provide First Aid & Resuscitation Qualification
  • Availability to work every day, including weekends and public holidays
  • Willingness to work outdoors in the constant Perth Summer Heat
