The Role

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Recreation Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working across various areas of our Crown Perth Leisure Facilities, including 16 swimming pools, 2 reception areas, and a retail kiosk.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide consistent lifeguard duties to our guests in the Crown Metropol and Crown Towers pool areas.
  • Ensure guests are safe at all times around the Leisure facilities.
  • Provide a clean, tidy, safe, and inviting environment for all guests.
  • Additional duties include reception tasks, telephone inquiries, customer service support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a public pool lifeguard or beach lifeguard (preferred).
  • RLSSWA Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
  • Provide First Aid & Resuscitation Qualification.
  • Availability every day, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in the constant Perth Summer Heat.
