Our Opportunity

We are seeking a Recreation Attendant to join our team at Crown Perth, responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the safety of our guests around our leisure facilities.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of areas, including swimming pools, reception areas, and a retail kiosk. As a Recreation Attendant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing consistent lifeguard duties to our guests in the pool areas
  • Ensuring guests are safe at all times around the leisure facilities
  • Providing a clean, tidy, safe, and inviting environment for all guests
  • Additional duties include reception tasks, telephone inquiries, and customer service support

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience as a public pool lifeguard or beach lifeguard (preferred)
  • RLSSWA Pool Lifeguard Qualification
  • Provide First Aid & Resuscitation Qualification
  • Availability to work every day, including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include access to employee discounts, career development opportunities, and a fun and dynamic work environment.
