Job Description">

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales team in Victoria. As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales revenue and driving business growth through effective leadership and strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and directing the sales team to achieve targets and objectives;
  • Monitoring performance and providing regular coaching and feedback to ensure maximum performance;
  • Developing and implementing business plans and strategies to drive sales growth;
  • Liaising with key customers and stakeholders to build relationships and identify new business opportunities;

You will work closely with our sales team, operations department, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales success.

Requirements">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or Paramedical discipline, and/or tertiary qualifications in nursing/science or a related discipline or compensating work experience;
  • At least 10 years' experience in medical device sales – Orthopaedics, Capital, Equipment, Diagnostic required;
  • At least 5 years' people management experience in a sales environment required;
  • Demonstrated sales abilities & a track record of successful selling to the medical profession;
