We are seeking skilled and experienced maintenance professionals to join our team in an exciting opportunity.

The Role

Our company requires a Maintenance Fitter with a strong focus on asset optimization, ensuring the performance, availability, and safety of fixed plant assets.

  • Liaise closely with process teams and maintenance planners to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize production impact.
  • Assist in work planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, focusing on effective cost management and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.

This role will involve managing contractors on a short- and long-term basis.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years post-trade experience, preferably within the mining industry and on fixed plant.
  • Mechanical trade qualification.
  • Experience in asset management and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Strong understanding and ability to use maintenance management systems.
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneNote.
  • Confined space entry competency.
  • Working at heights competency.
  • First aid training.
  • Low voltage rescue training.
  • Forklift and/or telehandler advantageous.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
