Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operation, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy machinery including hydraulic face shovels and excavators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate complex heavy equipment such as hydraulic face shovels and excavators in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience operating heavy equipment including hydraulic face shovels and excavators.
  • Current manual driver's license.
  • First Aid certificate and Restricted Quarry Manager Certificate desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to safety.
