The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting two senior patent attorneys by preparing and proofreading correspondence, uploading documents onto client portals, and liaising with government agencies.
Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to senior patent attorneys by preparing and proofreading various documents and correspondence, maintaining accurate records on client portals, and ensuring timely submissions to government agencies.
- Communication: Develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal secretary or administrator in intellectual property law, preferably with a focus on patents.

- Fast typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 55wpm).
