The role involves preparing and proof-reading various correspondence and documents, uploading documents and maintaining accurate information on client portals, liaising with IP Australia for document productions, lodgements, and amendments, as well as general administration such as diary management, arranging travel, and meetings.

A key requirement is an experienced legal secretary/administrator/career paralegal in any area of law including intellectual property, preferably with patents experience but also open to those interested in patents. You should be highly competent in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook) with fast typing and accuracy, have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and be a proven team player.
