Technical Solutions Architect

Join us for an opportunity to work on impactful data science and machine learning use cases. As a Technical Solutions Architect, you will design and implement solution architecture, MLOPs frameworks, MVPs and production-grade applications.

  • Develop strategic customer relationships by guiding them through transformational data science and Generative AI projects, including end-to-end design, build, and deployment of industry-leading AI applications.
  • Provide technical expertise in ML architecture and design; lead the development of strategic customer projects that result in successful understanding, evaluation, and adoption of our platform.
  • Offer escalated support for customer operational issues, collaborating with the Databricks technical team, project manager, architect, and customer team to ensure timely delivery of technical components that meet customer needs.

We're looking for individuals with experience in customer-facing technical architecture or consulting roles, preferably with expertise in:

  • ML Engineer: Build and maintain production-grade cloud infrastructure supporting the deployment of ML applications.
  • Data Scientist: Experience with the latest techniques in machine learning and Generative AI processing, including vector databases, fine-tuning LLMs, and deploying LLMs with tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI.

Requirements include comfort writing code in either Python or Scala, experience with technical project delivery, documentation and white-boarding skills, and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
