Data Science Expert

We're looking for an experienced data science expert to join our cross-functional team. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and data science, with experience working on embedded product teams to ship data-driven systems at scale.

They will be metrics-driven, driven by impact, and obsessed with identifying leading indicators that matter.

The successful candidate will have proven experience building non-deterministic systems and have demonstrated success developing AI workflows.

They will be a natural collaborator, bring people along with clear thinking and great communication, and love winning as a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop AI-driven customer experiences
  • Translate goals into high-quality features
  • Prototype and productionise AI-powered systems to enhance buying flows and subscription management tools
  • Design and implement generative AI solutions, including advanced prompt engineering and scalable LLM infrastructure
  • Lead data-driven experimentation and own the experimentation process
  • Continuously analyse key metrics to inform decisions and refine experiences
  • Scale operational workflows through automation and build predictive systems that proactively surface opportunities
About the Role:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar data scientist position
  • Metrics-driven and driven by impact
  • Strong background in AI and data science
  • Proven experience building non-deterministic systems
  • Demonstrated success developing AI workflows
