A collaborative team of innovators aims to redefine the real estate sales process, empowering agents with streamlined technology and user-centric solutions.
The Product Designer will be responsible for crafting exceptional products and features that meet the needs of our users, leveraging methods such as prototyping, user interface design, and interaction design, as well as conducting user research and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a remote cross-functional product delivery team based in Australia and offshore to help scope, concept test, and deliver innovative solutions while serving as a leader in the UX & Design team.
- Develop and implement research methodologies that solve design challenges and uncover customer behaviors, pain points, needs, and aspirations.
- Translate research insights into compelling narratives that drive consensus and motivate action.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in design and UX research.
- Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design and facilitating human-centered design methods and best practices to solve complex problems.
