Job Overview

This role involves supporting individuals on their journey to find and maintain meaningful employment through government-funded programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage daily with clients to support them in overcoming barriers to employment, providing guidance and resources as needed.
  • Partner with local employers to promote our services and secure job vacancies, fostering relationships and opportunities.
  • Deliver holistic case management, taking a person-centred approach to meet individual client needs.
  • Manage administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail.
  • Think creatively and adaptively when responding to individual client needs, leveraging skills and experience to drive positive outcomes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

While prior experience in the employment industry is beneficial, it is not essential. We seek motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, effective time management skills, and confidence working with diverse clients.
