About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Analyst to join our team at Moody's. As a key member of our corporate finance franchise, you will be responsible for providing lead coverage of a ratings portfolio for Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-quality quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess the credit quality of entities and debt instruments.
  • Manage internal and external relationships, including senior-level interactions.
  • Write insightful research reports on individual companies and industry sectors.
  • Build and maintain high-profile relationships with senior corporate executives, investors, and intermediaries.
  • Present credits effectively in rating committees and other internal meetings.
Requirements
  • Graduate in finance, banking, economics, or related discipline with postgraduate qualifications desired.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant analytical experience, preferably with a financial institution.
  • Well-developed analytical skills and strong written and oral communication capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities within deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, learning environment.
