Job Description
">We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Design Drafter to join our team in Kwinana, Western Australia. As an integral member of our Engineering Services team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality EI&C design deliverables that meet the highest professional standards.
">Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Complete EI&C design deliverables to a high standard, meeting applicable regulatory requirements and engineering standards.">
- Ensure EI&C asset drawings are up-to-date and maintained to a high standard.">
- Contribute to technical and feasibility studies, designs, calculations, and analysis.">
- Actively contribute to EI&C design and document reviews.">
- Collaborate with the team to maintain and develop EI&C standards, specifications, and procedures.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- A formally recognized qualification in electrical technology, engineering, or design, or an electrical and instrument trade qualification.
">- At least 3 years of relevant design experience.
">- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and PowerCAD.
">- A strong working knowledge of AS/NZS 3000, electrical single line drawings, electrical schematics, loop drawings, and P&IDs.
">- A working knowledge of the design, selection, and installation of electrical equipment in hazardous areas.
