Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Project Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and delivering on company projects, designing and optimizing business processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate regular forums with senior executives to ensure decision-making aligns with company strategy.
- Maintain and enhance the Device Project Management Framework, including governance of the portfolio and individual projects.
- Develop and implement a framework for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance on business process classification and maintain process documentation.
- Collaborate with business units and functions to coordinate business improvement activities and optimize resource utilization.
- Conduct workshops and deep dives to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to quality-related activities to maintain Device ISO accreditation.
- Report on strategy execution, project portfolio, project cost, capex, and other related KPIs.
We are looking for a self-motivated and driven senior leader with experience working in complex distribution companies, preferably in the medical sector. You will have a proven ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders to deliver against company strategies. You will take pride in managing the company's project portfolio and business processes and take personal satisfaction from influencing and guiding the delivery of key business initiatives.
Requirements- Minimum 10 years' experience in a PMO environment, including involvement in governance processes, monitoring, and reporting.
- Experience as a project manager, ideally in complex medical distribution.
- Experience designing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing a team of project professionals.
- Knowledge of project management principles via PMI or similar framework.
- Knowledge of process frameworks such as AQPC.
- Familiarity with digital projects and related techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with industry-standard project governance tools.
- Familiarity with organizational change management principles and techniques.
