About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Reporting and Compliance Manager to join our large finance team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity, enhancing compliance processes, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and guidelines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of financial professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance: Develop and implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial accuracy, ensuring seamless audits and resolving any identified issues.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data and insights for reporting purposes.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management regarding financial performance and compliance matters, utilizing financial software and ERP systems to analyze and present data.
Requirements
  • Accounting Qualifications: Qualified in Accounting with a strong understanding of financial regulations.
