Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Legal Secretary to support our Principal in a fast-paced office environment.

The role will involve high-volume word processing, drafting, editing, and formatting legal correspondence and court documents. Strong organisational abilities, excellent typing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, editing, and formatting legal documents
  • High-volume word processing
  • File management
  • Diary and calendar management for the Principal
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism

About You:

Applicants should have previous experience as a Legal Secretary or PA, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
