Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a climate action/transition plan and decarbonisation roadmap.
- Monitor progress toward climate goals and identify opportunities for emissions reduction and operational improvement.
- Conduct annual carbon footprint assessments, oversee data collection, and ensure solutions are practical, commercial, and aligned with organisational direction.
- Stay current with evolving climate reporting frameworks and best practices through networks and relevant associations.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a sustainability or community-related role.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks, regulatory requirements, and their connection to material business risks and opportunities.
- Proven ability to develop and lead communication strategies and projects independently.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to mentor, inspire, and deliver results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and confidence operating at senior levels.
