The Identification and Authentication team is responsible for verifying customer identification information to meet regulatory requirements. As a key member of this team, you'll provide support to internal and external customers by collecting and verifying identification details, ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing Terrorism (CFT) regulations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and verifying customer identification information to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing support to internal and external customers with AML/CFT knowledge and experience
  • Uplifting customer information to enable the bank to better meet its regulatory obligations
  • Verifying identification across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
