Director of Service Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director to lead our Chermside OSHC service. As a key member of the TeamKids team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality before, after, and holiday care programs to primary-aged children.
About the RoleThis is a permanent and full-time position with flexibility for working from home during service times. You will receive an incredible induction program, mentor support, and regular professional development opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with your school community and foster a positive environment for children and families.
- Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
- Manage and roster a team of passionate educators, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Ensure service compliance and medical documentation are up-to-date.
- Be the glue that connects TeamKids with the school community, promoting a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- A strong problem-solving approach and a can-do attitude, with a passion for creating engaging experiences for children.
- Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification (e.g., Teaching Degree, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education).
