The Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director of OSHC Service to join our team in Chermside. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of our children and families.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education programs
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and the local community
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
  • Monitor and report on service performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A relevant qualification in early childhood education or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in OSHC or a similar sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and education programs
