Role Summary

This strategic leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving student inclusivity and access to learning programs at our institution.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to oversee the development and implementation of Personalised Plans for Learning (PPLs) and support structures for students.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Diverse Learning Team, manage schedules, and resources.
  • Manage and support students with additional needs, facilitate PPLs, and handle enrollment and transitions.
  • Drive staff development for effective support of diverse learners, assist with curriculum and assessment adjustments.
  • Develop learning pathways, coordinate with external consultants and Allied Health Professionals.
  • Address critical incidents, manage safety protocols, and ensure a secure working environment.

About You

We seek a dedicated individual with strong teaching and classroom behaviour management skills, exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.

Requirements include current Teachers Registration in South Australia, Teacher Accreditation in Catholic Education, and relevant mandatory training.
