About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a variety of health and safety topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver phone consultations to clients on health and safety matters, tailoring your advice to each client's specific needs.
  • Create comprehensive health and safety documentation, including SWMS's and SOPs, to ensure client compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest health and safety regulations and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Work, Health & Safety (WHS) role.
  • Cert IV or equivalent qualifications in WHS, with strong knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
  • The ability to explain complex regulations in a clear and concise way.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
