About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Management Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in financial management and extensive accounts payable experience in a high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and post batches of creditors invoices and credit notes to the general ledger.
  • Reconcile creditor ledger balances with statements and initiate adjustments as required.
  • Generate BPAY and electronic funds transfers for creditor invoice payments.
  • Process, reconcile, and update the general ledger with receipting data from various service areas.
  • Undertake additional duties and special tasks relevant to the Financial Accounting team as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial management.
  • Extensive accounts payable experience in a high-volume setting.
