Caregiver for Elderly Clients

At our organization, we provide person-centered direct care services to elderly clients. This includes personal care, domestic assistance, transport, and shopping.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive team environment within a highly respected organization. Our caregivers play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients, enhancing their dignity and well-being.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Motivation and commitment to caring for the elderly
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in health, aged, or community-based services providing personal care, domestic assistance, and/or support services
  • Evidence of good communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken Chinese and basic skills in written and spoken English
  • Evidence of good team building and interpersonal skills
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Current driver's licence, good driving record, and access to a reliable car with comprehensive insurance
  • Australian Citizenship/Residency
  • National Police Clearance
